About Kieran

I started meditation in a Buddhist centre in Birmingham around 10 years ago. This was a great turning point as I had been searching for some deeper meaning for a while and found a new lease of life at the triratna Buddhist centre. However over time I found Buddhism wasn't quite for me and found raja yoga 2 years ago. It has proved to be life changing for me. I have recently taken a counselling course via free courses England, and have integrated my spiritual knowledge which I wish to share, with the practical steps of counselling in order to provide the counsellee with adequate counselling services unique to each respective individual.

About the lesson

I offer a range of approaches that can help counsel anyone in need of therapy, helping with a range of easy to learn relaxation techniques. My counselling is integrated with a spiritual approach integrating raja yoga. Lessons last for either one or two hours.
