About Saaem
I've been learning Martia Arts for self defence to build confidence in rough situations to handle it. I also trained at the gym lifting weights and strengthening my muscles.
I also do a lots of cardio at the training ground.

It is a fitness related class where i will personally train you in Boxing and workouts to become stronger at home. You can learn Boxing for self defence and build confidence in hard situations.
