About Uday
I am Uday Parmar, I recently graduated as an electronics engineer. I used to be a 96kg fat guy and then, I transformed myself to 74kg lean guy and I love it now. I workout 5 days a week and I just love my workouts. I don't need to force myself to gym, It's kind of an automatic now. I want to share the best things I have learned.
