About Ellie
I am a certified yoga teacher, trained in India, specialising in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. I integrate meditation and Pranyama (breathwork) into sequences to offer well rounded sessions. I am also a Clinical Associate Psychologist which influences my yoga teaching - making it trauma informed - I bring yoga and psychology together to offer a holistic form of healing for a range of individuals with varying needs.

I generally write sequences to suit my client's personal needs, especially in a private/ one-to-one setting. In a class setting, I like to feel the energy of the people attending and use my toolbox of poses and sequences to suit the class as a whole. I always encourage people to listen to their own bodies so that they can use me as a guide but ultimately do what is right for them
