My teaching approach is simple, practical, and adapted to each student’s needs. I believe the best way to learn Haitian Creole is through active use, so I focus on conversation, repetition, real-life situations, and vocabulary building that students can immediately apply.
A typical lesson starts with a quick review of previous material, followed by a new topic such as grammar, vocabulary, or conversation practice. We then move into guided exercises and speaking practice to reinforce understanding. I always make sure the student fully understands before moving on.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my patience, my ability to adapt to different learning speeds, and my focus on making lessons both effective and enjoyable. I aim to build confidence, not just knowledge.
These lessons are suitable for all levels, complete beginners, intermediate learners, or students who want to improve fluency in speaking or writing Haitian Creole.
