About Damian

I have 3 years experience teaching students guitar and ukulele in person. I am the chaplain at a Christian school, so my chapel is my office and where I am normally teaching. I took guitar lessons for 8 years when I started out, and I still regularly play with my band and my church as a musical outlet.

About the lesson

My name is Damian. I have been playing guitar since I was 10, and I have been a worship leader at various churches and ministries since I was 16. I currently work at Christian School, and every week I play guitar in front of a bunch of kids and lead them in songs. I have learned a huge variety of songs and genres to keep up with all of the environments I have performed in. I love to focus on the songs that my students like, because it keeps them engaged and excited to learn more, and I will get to create lessons based on the techniques in those songs and genres. I teach a lot of beginners, but am also hopeful to teach any worship leaders who want to improve their craft as well.
