About Zara

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music and bring 5 years of dedicated teaching experience, working with students of varying ages and skill levels. My academic knowledge combined with practical experience helps me deliver structured, effective lessons that balance technical growth with creativity, making the guitar an instrument anyone can enjoy learning. Beyond teaching, I have gained valuable experience performing in different settings, including small concerts, ensemble groups, and casual gigs. These opportunities have given me insight into stage presence, teamwork, and improvisation, all of which I integrate into lessons to help students become confident and versatile musicians. As a tutor, I value patience, adaptability, and encouragement. I strive to make every lesson engaging, while also challenging students to reach their next level. My philosophy is that learning the guitar is not just about technique—it’s about discovering a personal connection to music that can bring enjoyment, fulfillment, and confidence throughout life.

About the lesson

My guitar lessons are designed to provide a gradual yet rewarding learning journey, beginning with fundamental skills such as basic chords, rhythm control, and strumming patterns. I incorporate scales, improvisation, and fretboard navigation into the sessions so that learners can move beyond repetition and start expressing themselves. This blend of theory and practice ensures that learning feels practical, fun, and inspiring.

Every student has unique goals, and I adapt lessons to support those personal ambitions—whether it’s joining a band, performing live, composing original pieces, or playing just for relaxation. By providing encouragement and clear direction, I create an environment that builds confidence, strengthens skills, and keeps learners motivated to continue their musical growth at every step.
