About Hannah
I earned a PhD in Music Education and have taught guitar for 8 years. Throughout my teaching career, I have guided beginners and experienced players towards stronger technique and greater musical confidence. Helping students discover their own style is something I truly enjoy.
My teaching philosophy focuses on clear instruction, patience, and continuous encouragement. I adapt every lesson to match the learner's strengths while creating opportunities for creative exploration. Building confidence remains an important part of every class.
Outside teaching, I enjoy arranging music, recording instrumental pieces, and learning new performance techniques. These experiences allow me to bring fresh ideas into my lessons. Helping students achieve meaningful musical progress is always rewarding.

My guitar lessons help students build strong skills while enjoying every moment of learning. We cover rhythm guitar, chord transitions, fingerstyle techniques, scales, improvisation, tone shaping, bending, vibrato, ear training, music theory, and live performance preparation. Every lesson combines practical exercises with enjoyable musical activities that encourage steady improvement.
Students participate in song studies, technique practice, creative improvisation, listening sessions, rhythm challenges, and personalised coaching based on their learning goals. I explain each concept clearly and provide supportive guidance that helps students overcome difficulties with confidence. Lessons remain engaging while building reliable technical foundations.
I believe guitar learning should encourage both creativity and discipline. Every class helps students express themselves while developing skills that last for years. My goal is to make every learner feel motivated, capable, and excited to continue growing as a guitarist.
