About Paul
I am a primary school teacher and performing and recording singer/songwriter. I have been teaching guitar and band performance to primary students since 1994 and have guided many young, beginning musicians on their musical journey. Former students have gone on to careers on stage in rock bands, as cabaret performers and even classical instrumentalists.

I am all about grounding young musicians in the basic techniques of their chosen instrument, building on their strengths and encouraging their efforts to improve in challenging areas. It is vital to genuinely engage with students through their individual musical passions and preferences, using these to inspire and motivate, believe in their abilities and take control of their musical lives.
