About Anika

I’m a guitar tutor with 6 years of teaching experience and a BM in Studio Music and Jazz. My specialty is helping students use guitar as a storytelling instrument for film and video games. I teach Electric, Acoustic, Classical, and Bass Guitar in the context of media composition. Lessons explore atmospheric textures, thematic writing, and sound design elements. I integrate DAWs into our workflow so you can produce professional-sounding tracks. My teaching style is student-first and highly adaptable. For youth, I design lessons that blend learning with fun, scene-based projects. For adults, I focus on deep composition and production techniques. We’ll also break down famous soundtrack moments to see how guitar plays a role. Every session mixes creativity with practical skill-building. My goal is to help you think like a composer and play like an artist. Together, we’ll craft music that brings your cinematic or gaming visions to life.

About the lesson
