About Lucas
I played in different bands since I was 15 years old (I am 29 now) - I play all types of guitar (my main instrument) and piano.
Out of music I am an Industrial Engineer, Project Manager and Master's in Finance.

My approach is to understand the student and motivate him/her to practice, give tools and techniques but mostly try to get the person engaged with the instrument.
There is no way to learn if you are not engaged, the idea is the teacher to get that done.
