About Joanna
I am a Polish-American guitarist and model living in Milan.
I have a Bachelor's degree in classical guitar from Roosevelt University CCPA where I have studied with Denis Azabagic.
After graduating I started focusing on writing my own music, arrangements and songs. It wasn't until I started writing that I felt like I truly understood my classical repertoire, so I started to teach with my own method.
Now my main focus is teaching.

My course is designed with the goal of my students feeling confident playing any guitar or style they want. In the lessons we will focus on:
-classical guitar technique
-becoming familiar with the fretboard
-understanding and writing music
-arranging
-basics of music theory
Rather than focusing on creating a classical guitarist, I want to develop a well rounded musician that will also be able to play by ear, write their own songs, and have good technique.
Learning music should be fun, which is why my lessons vary depending on my students' skill level and taste in music.
Lessons are taught in English.
