About Alina

I’m a vocal coach with over 5 years of experience and a BM in Jazz Vocal Performance. Teaching has shown me that no two voices are alike, and that’s why I tailor every lesson to each student’s unique needs. I focus on musical theater and Broadway training, guiding students in stage presence, character acting through song, and belt technique. I enjoy working with singers of all ages and levels, from middle school students to working professionals. A big part of my teaching centers on vocal agility—helping singers handle quick changes with ease. My lessons are built around safe vocal techniques to ensure long-term health and growth. Alongside performance skills, I offer ear training, harmony, improvisation, and music theory. I strive to create a supportive, interactive space where students can experiment and grow in confidence. Singing should feel empowering as well as expressive. Watching students grow into confident performers is what motivates me every day. I’d love to help you build the skills and artistry to succeed in any performance setting. Together, we can prepare you to command the stage with passion and confidence.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is designed to create singers who are accurate, expressive, and confident. I combine technical training with strong ear development so students can connect sound to voice. Skills such as harmonizing, interval recognition, and pitch control are practiced regularly. These help singers not only perform solo but also excel in group settings. I believe every voice deserves a supportive and structured approach. My method trains the ear to quickly recognize notes, which makes singing in tune much easier. I pay special attention to advanced teens who are ready to challenge themselves. Quartet players also benefit, as the focus on pitch matching and blending is key to ensemble success. I give consistent feedback that is clear and constructive. Lessons are interactive, encouraging students to explore their voices while staying grounded in safe technique. Confidence-building is central to my teaching style. Every student learns to trust their ear and their instrument. With practice and support, singers are able to grow both musically and personally.
