About Mathieu
I took a course taught by Dale Borglum, a pioneer in the conscious dying movement who taught with Ram Dass. Before that, I already had several years of meditation experience.
Apart from that, I mostly work in comedy (weird mix, I'm aware). I'm primarily a comedy writer but I also do stand up.

You're going to die but you don't know when.
I offer guided meditations on death ("Maranasati" in Buddhism), which consist of thinking about your death and the death of others in order to live more fully.
This is also a good way of overcoming your fear of death.
We'll use methods such as vipassana, loving-kindness (metta) and Tonglen.
