About Charndre
My introduction to meditation began at a young age (9 years old to be exact) and I have been experimenting with various different forms of meditation throughout my 30 years on Earth. I always make time for this mindful practice as it helps to teach one more about themselves. I enjoy helping others reap the benefits of meditation by guiding them towards healing and practicing through the art of meditation. I am a certified meditation practitioner, yoga instructor, heartfulness guide, and energy healer, and I use my knowledge to help others self-heal and transform their human experience.

In our session, you will have the opportunity to work with a trained meditation practitioner to assist in healing the mind, body, and soul through subconscious alignment and healing. In meditation, I aim to guide you through a transformative self-healing journey of your inner world, by facing parts of yourself that have been hidden from you. In meditation, you may be guided to ground your energy or to release limiting beliefs that prevent you from shifting and evolving on your life's path.
