About Juan David
I am a former boxer, a high performance athlete who is starting in martial arts and soon competing in MMA.
I am an internationally certified personal and group trainer with Les Mills BodyCombat, teaching Boxing, fitness and meditation for 5 years (2022) helping people achieve their physical goals, teaching them to use their will power and perseverance to achieve their goals, training them physically, mentally and emotionally to achieve personal growth, teaching them to train in an appropriate or correct way, teaching them to express their emotions through movement (Boxing) and sharing meditation as a tool to improve our lives.
I have trained physically for 12 years, I have practiced boxing for 8 years and I have meditated for 5 years (as of 2022), in all this time I have learned how to achieve physical objectives through adequate training, correct nutrition, supplementation and also for an adequate rest or recovery after a physical training, I know about the basics and about the different styles of boxing my teaching method with boxing is the practice of the technique and tactics of boxing, teaching each movement and explaining the reason for its realization, in my classes I offer you physical conditioning accompanied by the theory and practice of boxing, working on the different skills of a boxer such as coordination, agility, power, strength, resistance among other aspects I have also learned different methods and tools to meditate to control our emotions, our fears and our mind; I have read different books about meditation, boxing and fitness...

The purpose of the classes is to help people through fitness, body combat, calisthenics, boxing and meditation to develop their physical, mental and emotional abilities.
