About Phil

I'm of Italian descent and grew up in an Italian household. I'm also married to a woman from Italy, who says my family is "more Italian than the Italians in Italy." Her words, not mine!
My goal is simple: to make sure your time is well spent and you walk away with the knowledge you need.

About the lesson

Relaxed, beginner-friendly lessons with no pressure. After each session, you'll receive easy-to-follow study material to review and keep.
I share key insights into how Italian is actually spoken, helping you grasp essential words and phrases. I also bring in a historical perspective that connects English to Italian, so many words will feel more familiar than you expect.
