Hi my names Ali i am 18 years old and am currently studying buisness at university. I have a strong passion for personal training and Lifestyle as I believe everyone should become the best version of themselves. I will be giving people advice on how to live a healthier lifestyle alongside with creating them personal fitness plans and mentoring them along the way. My lessons are mainly focused on males of all ages as i believe age is no excuse for yiur personal phisical health. I have been training for other 2 years and have a qualification in BTEC sport
