About Badreddine
I have 14 years of sport to my credit, I started very early at 6 years old by doing aikido and athletics, I then played football, indoor bodybuilding, in recent years I have been practicing mma, karate and calistenics / workout (body weight training). Thanks for reading;)

Perfect! Quelqu’un qui sait entendre les besoins et surtout une belle personne toujours au taquet ! Il s’arrange pour que tout se déroule toujours parfaitement, explique tout étape par étape et surtout connaît le sujet par cœur.
Bref RAS, après avoir essayé plusieurs coachs, c’est grâce à Badreddine que ma transformation physique peut enfin commencer et ce dur du long terme !
Motivant, souriant, et surtout énergique ; c’est un vrai plaisir.

Badr est un professeur extraordinaire. J ai eu l'honneur et la joie de pouvoir suivre des cours avec lui. Il sait prsénter les exercices d'une manière structurée, sérène et calme. Il est un grand sportif et connait tant de choses: cardio, remise en forme, musculation, boxe et lutte. Je le recommende vivement.
