About AKSHAY
I have been teaching since last two years in a shelter home with grades ranging from 6-12. This experience has been a life altering one as I have learned so many important skills while teaching them. Patience and perseverance is the key for any teacher to get any kid to do wonders in his life. This experience has given me these priceless qualities. Every interaction with a kid is a journey from understanding his/her struggles to work towards solving it and eventually be there with the kid when he/she excels through. I believe that I can help any kid out there in achieving what he/she desires.

I believe in building a comfort zone for the student before starting my lessons. So I make sure of a comfortable space for the student to share his/her academic queries. To insure this, I start my lessons with different ice-breakers.
After that I make a complete plan addressing all the issues they are facing and help them step by step, while sticking to the plan.
In the process, I build on his/her thinking style to help them understand the subject rather than imposing my style of approaching a problem. I do this to make sure that the student understands the ground concepts of the subject in his own way.
