About Talen

Hi, I’m a 27-year-old Graphic Designer and Digital Marketer based in Portsmouth. With a BA in Graphic Design and an MA in Digital Marketing, I’ve spent the last decade honing my skills across both fields. By day, I work full-time in the creative industry, and by night, I freelance for a diverse range of clients, including well-known high street brands.

My journey has taken me through all aspects of design—from print and branding to web design and SEO strategy—allowing me to build a versatile skill set. I love the creative process, but more than that, I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned with others. Whether I'm working with a business or helping students, my goal is always to create meaningful, impactful work.

Outside of my professional life, I’m someone who thrives on creativity in all its forms. I’m approachable, always up for a challenge, and committed to helping others discover their own path in design.

About the lesson

Hi! I’m a 27-year-old Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing professional based in Portsmouth. I hold a BA in Graphic Design and an MA in Digital Marketing, with several years of experience across both sectors. By day, I work a 9-5, and in my spare time, I freelance for well-known high street brands, covering everything from print design and branding to SEO and digital marketing.

In my lessons, you’ll get hands-on guidance on how to create impactful design work that resonates with your personal style and meets client needs. Whether it's brainstorming fresh ideas, mastering the tools of the trade, or refining your design process, I’ll help you bring your concepts to life.

My teaching style is approachable and flexible, and I believe in fostering creativity and individuality. I’m here to offer practical insights, mentorship, and advice at every step, so you can grow as a designer with confidence. Together, we’ll unlock new skills, and I’m just as excited to learn from our sessions as you are!
