About Gigi
My name is Gigi, and I am currently a Year 12 student aspiring to pursue a law degree and qualify as a solicitor. Having successfully passed the 11-plus exam and achieved grades 7–9 across my GCSEs—including grade 9s in nearly all core subjects—I have a strong academic foundation. My firsthand experience of being tutored has given me a deep understanding of effective teaching principles and the student mindset, making me highly capable of supporting others. Alongside my academic focus, I have completed valuable work experience, including tutoring 11-plus students and completing a week-long placement at a law firm, where I developed a versatile skill set. Furthermore, I maintain a well-rounded profile by excelling in sports and various other extracurricular activities.

Technique wise, I will first discuss strengths and weaknesses in order to build on strengths and fix areas of weakness. I will create a cohesive environment promoting a child's interest and knowledge of the subject. I will cater my teaching to the student in order to maximise the use of my lessons.
Typical length would be around an hour/ 45 minutes yet if need be for example nearing tests or prolonged difficulty, I am more than happy to be flexible.
The lessons are mainly directed at 11 Plus students and can also be directed at GCSE students. I can also adjust for younger than 11 plus level and primary tuition in general.
