As a college student pursuing a career in medicine, I understand the importance of strong study habits, clear communication, and academic integrity. About the lesson

Teaching Method and Techniques
I focus on breaking complex concepts into smaller, manageable steps and encouraging active participation throughout the lesson. Rather than simply providing answers, I guide students through the problem-solving process using examples, practice questions, and real-world applications. I also use visual aids, diagrams, and practice exercises to reinforce understanding and improve long-term retention.

Typical Lesson Plan
A typical lesson begins with a brief review of previous material and any questions the student may have. Next, I introduce or review the target concept, explaining it clearly and working through examples together. The majority of the session is dedicated to guided practice, where students apply what they have learned while receiving feedback and support. I conclude each lesson with a summary of key points, additional practice recommendations, and a discussion of goals for the next session.

What Sets Me Apart
My experience working with children through volunteer activities and my role as a Discovery Guide at the Children's Museum Houston has strengthened my ability to communicate complex ideas in an approachable and engaging way.
