About Lucía
I am a trainer, monitor of sports activities, I have experience in suspension training, functional, focused on weight loss or muscle strength gain. I have trained people with pathologies and I am very professional. On the other hand, I also have experience in evaluation and training with people with serious mental disorders.

My teaching method starts from a previous evaluation in which we establish the level we start from. Then, the objectives or goals that the client wants to achieve are important. And from there, plan and quantify loads to obtain these objectives.
