About Stine
I started my studies with International Environment and Development Studies because I loved to interview, visit and learn about other cultures, art and history.
On travels in North, South and Central America, Africa, Europe and Asia, I gradually understand the elementary role that literature and language have for us humans.
Literature and books are taking up more and more space with me as the books can magically teach us something timeless about life, society and the present we live in.
I can not imagine what the modern world would have been without stories like The Great Gatsby, A Catcher in The Rye, Huckleberry Finn or On the Road.
My interests: civic stories, in-depth interviews, action research, teaching, research and dissemination of American literature and culture.
