About Elizabeth

I'm a bilingual English and Italian speaker, born to a mixed English-Italian family and raised in Italy, where I lived and studied for over 20 years. Thanks to my background, I'm a true native speaker of both English and Italian. I earned my degree from an Italian university, which gave me a solid academic foundation and a deep understanding of language, culture, and communication. Over the years, I've helped students of all ages and levels improve their English—whether for school, work, travel, or personal growth. My teaching style is clear, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe that learning a language should be both effective and enjoyable. I've recently moved to London so if you're looking for a dedicated, friendly, and professional Italian tutor who understands the challenges of learning from both the student's and the teacher's perspective, I'd be happy to help you reach your goals.

About the lesson

As a native speaker, my lessons focus primarily on improving conversation skills. The main goal is to help students feel confident enough to engage in real conversations, overcoming the common fear of speaking, while also learning correct pronunciation. Based on each student’s starting level, I develop a personalised teaching and learning approach tailored to their needs.
