About Emily
I have always had the passion to teach others. I especially love working with children and have had many experiences teaching/tutoring children as well. Math (especially Algebra) is a subject that I enjoy and master. However, it was not always my strong suit, therefore, I know where you are coming from and I can find the best approach for you to turn your least favorite subject into your favorite!

Lessons are designed to break down complex math problems and concepts for easy understanding. They are intended for individuals struggling with arithmetic, algebra, or general math understanding. A typical lesson plan includes a lesson topic/concept that they are struggling in, example questions, and activities to apply the knowledge. Lessons will also be altered depending on the age and level of the individual. I believe in the potential of every student, they just need the right teaching approach to excel!
