About SOFIA
My name is Sofia, I am a college student studying for to become a nurse. I have had the passion of being in the medical field ever since I was little. When I heard about this opportunity, I thought it was perfect since I already spend time teaching my friend how to speak Spanish and I enjoy it very much. This is a great opportunity for me to engage with other people, as well as to earn some money on the side.

I was born in Colombia, bogota where I grew up for most of my life, when I moved to the United States I had the opportunity of learning English as a second language to help my family with the lenguaje barrier. I am now a college student that is struggling to earn money due to the minimum wage being so low and since I love teaching and I’m good at it I choose this as a side hustle
