About Dhathri
I graduated with a bachelors in science from the University at Buffalo and currently work at Johns Hopkins in behavioral pharmacology research in Baltimore, MD. I have been tutoring for about 2 years and am excited to continue to help math and science make sense!
I also have a lot of experience working in academic research and getting involved in academic research in college so I'm happy to talk about that. I really enjoy helping students figure out what they are good at and explore opportunities related to that.

I work to ensure students understand the material and haven't just memorized how to solve a problem. I understand that sometimes teachers are specific about how problems are solved so if you send me class notes or instructions I'll make sure I stick to that format. I, myself do not learn well from lectures so I will try to make sure that lessons are more interactive and engaging.
