While I might not have years of formal teaching under my belt, what I do have is an unwavering passion for the language and culture. And that passion is contagious. Here's the thing - I know the struggle, the frustration, and the excitement of learning a new language from scratch, when I first came to Australia as an international student. I’ve been in your shoes. I’m not just teaching the language—I’m teaching you how to learn it in a way that resonates with you.

What am I passionate about?

Real-life Chinese, no fluff: Forget endless memorization. I will teach you phrases, vocabulary, and characters that you’ll actually use in everyday life. From ordering food in a Chinese restaurant to making Chinese friends on social media (tiktok refugees will know what I am talking about), I’ve got you covered.

Fun and interactive lessons: Think of it as learning through play! Quizzes, challenges, and even games to keep you engaged and motivated. You won’t just learn—you’ll experience Mandarin.

Cultural immersion: Chinese isn’t just a language—it’s a window into one of the world’s oldest cultures. I’ll take you beyond the textbook, exploring traditions, festivals, and all the little things that make the language come to life.
