About Gaspar
My name is Gaspar Otero, I'm currently 21 years old, and I'm Argentinian. I'm passionate about fitness and mechanics. I've been training since I was 13 and have always been dedicated to sharing information in every way possible. My main goal is to help people look in the mirror and smile.

My approach to classes is to help students understand their bodies, their limits, and their potential. I also familiarize myself with their daily schedules to provide the best guidance based on their availability for training and nutrition. I work with both children and adults because there's no age limit for a healthy life.
