About Aylin
My name is Aylin González and I have a degree in Contemporary Dance. My interest in giving classes arose from my experience taking them, understanding that it is important to have guides that help us reach our potential from a friendly and patient place for our mind and body. In addition, I think that dance is a very beautiful complement to work with emotional difficulties and helps us to manage things that sometimes we cannot express with words.

The methodology that I use in my classes is based on personal listening to our bodies. Seek to achieve the techniques and discipline without reaching a state of frustration since the process of each individual is very different, each one being as valid as the other. That is why my classes are usually taught as multilevel since for me it is important that each person feels comfortable with what they need and want to achieve within dance.
