About Akshay
I was a football player, and due inappropriate supervision and knowledge of my coach I suffered many injuries and thus the carrier loss as a player.
It wont happen to other players & athletes like it did to me, I decided to provide genuine and scientific training.
I graduated from National Sports University, Imphal. I was enrolled in 4-years professional cousrse of Bachelor Of Science in Sports Coaching. There I throughly studied 38 subjects including sports training, strenght and conditioning, sports physiology, sports nutrition and more.

Non conventional and scientific training adaptations for achieving high levels of fitness. Precise workout routines and training plans will be provided with respect to individual's occupation and daily schedule.
