I studied Linguistics at University. I have been teaching Turkish to foreign students from all over the world for about twenty-five years. I love teaching Turkish to foreign people because it enables me to learn about different countries and their languages and their cultures.

Based on both the results of linguistic research and my personal experience, I believe that listening comprehension is the most crucial skill in foreign language acquisition. Therefore, I prioritize listening skills initially, and subsequently, vocabulary and grammar studies are conducted in a coordinated manner to facilitate the acquisition and development of reading and writing skills.
