About HARSH
Hello, I’m Harsh Gopal. I am a proud graduate of Kurukshetra University with a lifelong passion for the elegance and logic of mathematics.
To me, teaching math isn't just about finishing a syllabus; it’s about sparking a 'lightbulb moment' in every student. I understand that math can be intimidating, which is why my approach is built on patience, visualization, and building strong foundations. Whether we are tackling basic arithmetic or advanced calculus, I strive to make the abstract feel real.
My goal is to empower the next generation of thinkers in India to not just pass their exams, but to develop a genuine love for problem-solving that stays with them for life.

1. The "Logic First" FrameworkInstead of starting with a list of rules, we start with the why. If we are looking at the Pythagorean theorem, we don’t just chant $a^2 + b^2 = c^2$; we look at how the areas of squares attached to a triangle's sides actually fit into one another.2. The Scaffolding MethodI break complex problems into "micro-steps."I Do: I solve a problem while thinking out loud, explaining my internal logic. We Do: We tackle a similar problem together. I let the student take the lead but stay "on the belay line" to catch any slips. You Do: The student tries one solo. This builds the "muscle memory" needed for exams.3. Visualizing the AbstractMath is often too abstract in textbooks. I use visual aids and real-world analogies to make concepts "sticky."Algebra: Think of equations like a balanced scale. Whatever you do to one side, you must do to the other to keep the equilibrium.Calculus: Think of a derivative not just as a formula, but as the speedometer on a car showing exactly how fast you're going at one specific blink of an eye.4. Debugging the Process (Not Just the Result)If a student gets an answer wrong, I don't just provide the correction. We go on a "bug hunt." We look through the work to find exactly where the logic veered off course. This turns a "failure" into a diagnostic tool, which takes the sting out of making mistakes.
