I graduated from Istanbul University State Conservatory on violin. Started with note reading and piano at age 4. At age 8 I was able to get in to the conservatory with violin. After I moved to the US.

About Feride
I am 23 years old teaching since I was 14. I started teaching individually, at age 16 I was working in a class of almost 50 people from ages 3-60. Some of my students came to me for private lessons with their moms. At age 17 I had my private lessons and worked at a little music&dance school teaching piano.

I have my own way of teaching. I care a lot about note reading and then playing an instrument. It’s just like writing and reading. If you know the alphabet you will be able to read and write, otherwise it will be hard.
I believe if you are able to read notes really well, at some point whatever is front of you, you will know how to play that.
One of my student was able to get into Arts School as a first chair violinist.
