About Batrishia
I'm a female Malaysian, who has spent the last 12 years in Bahrain. My first language is English, and all I've ever really been good at is English! I graduated with a bachelor's in English Language and Literature. I began tutoring children and teenagers early 2020, mostly due to the pandemic, and later on got a job as an IELTS trainer in which my students have only been adults. I also found myself teaching spoken English over WhatsApp to adults looking to improve their English language skills.
I think tutoring comes naturally to me, and those who have had me as their tutor have professed satisfaction and gratitude, which I am in turn grateful for. I hope to be able to find more opportunities online, make new friends in the process, as I hope to be able to work while pursuing my masters degree this fall.

1. IELTS training : classes deal with a comprehensive approach in tackling the exam as well as mandatory practice with past papers. Session-duration depends on student needs, between 20 to 40 hours in total.
2.General English : Lessons for schooling students will follow each person's school curriculum and syllabus. I always do my best to incorporate online educational games, videos and audio for an engaging experience.
Lessons for young adults and adults include focusing on key areas such as essay writing, conversational English, and exam preparations, based on student requirement. I prioritize student comfort, and believe in going along with the student's pace so as to ensure thorough understanding and avoid any stress and anxiety.
