Garrett takes the time to fully break down and help you understand the concepts at hand. You know the practicality of what is being taught and how to apply it beyond the scope of the coursework at hand. He also makes the lessons fun and engaging and is not afraid to be himself which is always refreshing.

I first met Garrett in high school and right away he stood out from his peers. He’s always sharp and mindful towards his studies and has excellent capabilities when discussing political science. From freshman year he would discuss politics with our instructors and he immediately became a class favorite. After watching Garrett expand on his interest in high school to earning his bachelors in political science I know that he is well informed in the field. Garrett is always straight-forward and to the point when he talks to people. If you have questions he always breaks it down into pieces and makes it easy for others to understand. He is also very knowledgeable in articulating arguments and writing documents discussing policies, as he did during his undergraduate thesis and during his time now in law school. I would encourage anyone to have Garrett as a tutor since he will take time out of his way to make sure you understand the topic. I’ve personally seen Garrett discuss policy with many people and a person who isn’t too involved in policy, I have understood what Garrett says and he takes his time explaining to me what he’s done and what changes he hopes to make as a leader in politics.
