About Maizey
I’m a friendly and outgoing person who loves to socialise and play sports, especially netball. I’ve been studying law for nearly six years and have genuinely enjoyed the challenge and depth the subject offers. Teaching is something I’m passionate about because I want to use my experience to help others feel more confident in their legal studies. I believe learning should be both supportive and empowering, and I’m excited to guide students in a way that makes law feel accessible and engaging.

My approach to private tutoring in law is student-centred, focusing on building a clear understanding of core legal principles while developing each learner’s analytical and problem-solving skills. I tailor my teaching style to suit the individual’s learning needs, whether they require support with legal writing, exam preparation, or understanding complex case law. I aim to create a supportive and engaging environment where students feel confident to ask questions and take ownership of their learning. My goal is not only to help students succeed academically, but also to encourage critical thinking and a deeper appreciation of the law.
