About Stephen
I trained to teach at the University of Manchester and have since taught at some of the country’s most prestigious state and independent schools. I have worked with students of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to reach their goals, and strive to create individual and learning experiences. Having left the classroom, I now wish to dedicate more time to one-to-one tutoring.

My goal has always been to unlock potential in my students. This might mean making reading and writing less daunting for younger children, or working with GCSE and A-Level students to produce top grades. Whatever the student’s needs, my lessons are relaxed yet focused and my activities are interesting and varied. Parents/carers are more than welcome to be in the room for the lesson.
