About Caleb
I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science major in University Studies - Math for Teaching and a minor in Physics. I'm TEA certified to teach high school and middle school math subjects, physics, and computer science.
I already have experience as a classroom teacher, so I know I can be a great help to the student! After graduating from college, I taught various STEM subjects for 4 years at Health Careers HS (a high school in Northside ISD). To name some of the subjects: algebra 2, statistics, physics, computer science, etc. I have knowledge of the relevant curriculums and TEKS. I know what students are expected to learn, and what they will frequently be tested on.
I was also a tennis coach at HCHS and McFarlin Tennis Center. If the student wants tennis coaching, I'm down for that as well!

My time as a teacher has given me experience working with all sorts of students who learn in different ways and at different paces. After explaining concepts, I will work through practice problems with the student at their pace. I will make sure they understand what they are learning before moving on to different concepts. With me as a tutor, the student will be given the opportunity to find the solutions to problems on their own as I act as a guide.
