About Oksana
I graduated from Stetson University with bachelors in Cello Performance. I’ve taught for over 14 years privately in schools. I come from a musical family. My parents are music teachers and performers as well, my grandfather was a composer, another grandfather a tenor and grandmother a pianist. I’ve played in orchestras and now focus on performing in quarters and solo. I play acoustic and electric cello. I am classically trained but I love other genres of music as well.

I believe that every student learns differently and there is no one way to teach. I adjust to my students goals and I can teach anyone to play. I teach young kids and I have adult students. I believe it is never late to learn an instrument.it doesn’t matter if you are 5 or 75. Learning cello is a rewarding and fun experience.
