About Thao

I have been tutoring since I was a high school student. I find the tutoring allows students to approach the materials in their own unique way as the learning process is not uniform. In these summer months, I happen to have more free time in my schedule before starting another graduate degree and it would be amazing if I can some students out in the meantime.

I have taken wide ranges of math/stat classes and I have taught a number of them. In addition, my work experience has showed how these knowledge are used in a professional setting.

I'm excited to work with my future students and I'll work hard to make every session as creative and engaging as possible!

About the lesson

The intrinsic value of tutoring is being able to tailor teaching to the learning style of the students. In addition, I find interactive discussion-based learning along with real life examples can add much value to students' learning process as well.
