About Adam
Hi, my name is Adam Hussein! I am a 19-year-old IB graduate and a current medical student in the Czech Republic. I first got into tutoring because my own academic journey wasn't always smooth sailing. During the IB, I personally struggled with the heavy workload and complex topics, but working with a tutor completely changed the game for me. It gave me the specific study skills, confidence, and exam techniques I needed to truly excel. Having been in those exact same shoes, I became a tutor because I want to pass those exact skills on to my students and show them that with the right support, no academic goal is out of reach.

I am an IB graduate with over two years of experience supporting students through both their GCSE and IB journeys. In my lessons, I use the Socratic method to assess a student’s current understanding of a topic, allowing me to tailor my support to their individual needs. Together, we focus on achieving their desired goals by analyzing mark schemes and reinforcing their knowledge through active recall. I strive to create an encouraging, highly interactive learning environment where students feel completely comfortable asking questions and exploring topics they might not feel 100% confident with yet.
