About Clive

I completed my Juris Doctor in 2019. In 2020 I completed my practical legal training and I was admitted as a lawyer in 2021. In 2023 I began my PhD candidature at RMIT University. I passed my confirmation of candidature in March 2024 and I intend to complete my thesis in 2026.

About the lesson

I can give a 45 minute lesson.

My lessons are directed towards university level law students undertaking labour law as an elective.

I have a JD in law, a grad cert in legal practice and I am researching my PhD on collective bargaining.

I am happy to do the lesson at either RMIT or Melbourne University.

IMPORTANT General guidelines around first free lesson:

I offer an introductory 30-minute lesson free. The free lesson is general in nature and I can provide an introductory overview of an aspect of your particular course (eg an overview of Torts, contracts, criminal law, etc).

The free 30 minute into lesson is NOT for assistance on a particular assignment.

First Lesson Free – What to Expect The first 30-minute lesson is a free introductory session. It’s designed to:

• Understand your study goals or challenges,
• Introduce key legal concepts relevant to your level,
• Determine if we’re a good fit for ongoing tutoring.

Please note: This free session is not for detailed help with specific assignments, urgent tasks, or last minute exam preparation.

For specific assignment/exam support, I am happy to assist — but I will need to review your material at least three clear business days in advance and charge a separate fee based on the time and preparation involved.
