About Lucas
I pride myself on my ability to notice specific areas that students find challenging, as a result I compile personalised questions in order to help the student gain a more robust understanding of the concept. I also never want lessons to be boring, as I was once a bored student myself. My goal in tutoring is to lessen student's academic worries. School is a stressful time and everyone deserves support when they need it. And I aim to give the best support I can possibly can.

I believe everyone learns in their own unique way. I aim to tailor my lessons to each student based on their strengths and weaknesses. This allows me to understand where the student is struggling and also lets their parents know how the student is developing. I offer 30 minute catch ups or 1 and 2 hour sessions. My experience as a tutor is increasing as I meet more students, I have tutored 6 people so far. I also tutored GCSE students as I was undertaking my A-levels but I don't count this as it was a school incentive. I teach all levels except degree.
