About Elias

With 7 years of experience teaching private music instruction, as well as 15 years of experience performing with various bands and ensembles of various types, I'm prepared to meet you wherever you're at in your musical journey. I've taught many instruments (drums, piano, guitar, bass, ukelele) to students of all ages and backgrounds. Over the years I have accumulated a huge database of tunes to teach for all styles (jazz, rock, blues, folk, pop, ambient, you name it), as well as practical exercises to improve one's faculty on their instrument, and creative prompts for composers and songwriters. I also encourage students to come with their own goals and musical tastes and work together on repertoire, technique, and all sorts of real-world skills to excel in the music world.

About the lesson

I can teach you how to play any song, get creative with your practice sessions, songwriting, practical advice for gigs and playing with ensembles, collaborating with other musicians, and more. Together we can build the ideal music curriculum that suits your own journey to become the unique musician that you want to be.
