About Aileen
I am Aileen Erandio. I was a public High School Teacher in the Philippines for 17 years. During my teaching journey I had been a mentor and coach in many Maths competition in our division. I also mentored student teacher in our school. I as well coducted summer classes to our challenging students. I also taught science subjects for 5 years. My 17 years experienced as classroom teacher honed me as effective and efficient teacher.

I teach explicitly,I give pretest 1st and from that I will diagnose the student'sstrenghts and weaknesses,and after that I'll start the lesson by explaining the topic and give examples from simple to complex, then afterwards I'll let the students do some exercises where they can ask me for help if ever they can not answer it on their own.
