When I start with a new student, I take the time to understand why they may need a tutor. Whether this is frustration with the subject, a sense or falling behind, a need for additional time on instruction or personalized goals, the individual needs of the student are prioritized. Each student is given personalized and unique attention to their needs and is never given a blanket or standardized tutoring plan. I enjoy getting to know the individuals I work with and aiding in their educational path. I like to make sure that each student feels supported and that the environment is free of judgment or standards.
