About Emmanuela
I am a passionate and dedicated Health and Nutrition Sciences tutor with a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Cape Coast. I have a strong academic foundation in human nutrition, diet therapy, health promotion, and disease prevention, and I am committed to helping students understand and apply these concepts with confidence.
My approach to tutoring is student-centered, supportive, and practical. I simplify complex topics such as metabolism, nutrition across the life cycle, and medical nutrition therapy, making them easy to understand and relevant to real-life situations. I enjoy working with students at different levels and tailoring my teaching style to suit individual learning needs.
In addition to my academic background, I hold a CPR, AED, and First Aid certification, which reflects my commitment to health, safety, and professional development. I am particularly passionate about empowering students who are pursuing careers in healthcare, including nursing, midwifery, and nutrition-related fields.
I am patient, encouraging, and dedicated to helping my students achieve their academic goals while building confidence in their abilities.
